I expect that the RS did happen close to the maximum OS of 2,500,000,000 Shares. So in that case we started of with 25,000,000 shares.
After the RS there just could not have been many dilution IMO, since the trade where just too low all together.

25,000,000 x 0,05 at the highest does mean there has been at the highest $1.250.000 of value shares around. That isn't much.

IMO there are not too many investors holding GERS at the moment and looking at it for trading. There are a view who want to buy GERS, but I guess they are either already holding shares, or just knowing there is always a large risk at GERS you'll get burned.

Most holding are not willing to sell, because they know what's possibly coming. So they either ask a lot or just hold on to their shares.

I think this is causing the large gap. However, I don't expect this gap to hold until august.

People might start to get nervous soon, on both sides.
