They're really trying to keep us guessing today. GDX trying to break 22.50 resistance...BUT, potential bear flag forming on the intraday line chart. I gotta see how this plays out before next move...

Fyi, gap does NOT have to fill with indicators all turning north. In fact, since it didn't fill out of the gate...I currently lean more to it not filling before move higher (pending resolution of potential bear flag mentioned).
