Well I'm not going to argue that management isn't in a hurry to get the company off the pinks. That seems to be pretty clear. I think it's a lot more expensive to maintain a listing on a major exchange than most people believe and perhaps management doesn't see the point in spending that money? Maybe they don't think they'll be around that long to make it worth the while, i.e. being bought out perhaps? Not sure on that one.
