It looks like the strategy is a pump and dump. Just tell everyone how high it is going an ignore the red flags. Ignore the OTC skull and crossbones, caveat emptor. Ignore zero revenue, ignore the fact that the assets they are claiming have been plugged and abandoned by the State of Texas and Raffy did not pay the bill and has a judgement. ROTFLMAO
