It'll happen. Today's PR about their latest acquisition seems to make that clear as it reiterated that the reverse was a precondition (and remains one) for the deal to close. Worse, they've financed the acquisition with restricted common stock, which means nasty dilution down the pike. What BS! La Barre doesn't care one iota about shareholders and that shows!
