I never said Kate did anything fraudulent and I never implied she did anything fraudulent. There can be completely reasonable explanations as to why a fake address was given.

1) Maybe Kate forgot the Bahnsen Trust sold the house.
2) Maybe Kate forgot where she currently resides.
3) Maybe Kate doesn't understand what a registered agent is and she thought mail forwarding was satisfactory.

Perhaps Kate should explain why the fake, false, wrong, not correct, out of date, incorrect, and/or improper address was provided to the NVSOS.

There is no doubt she should submit a proper filing that complies with Nevada law.
