It sounded like their frustration had to do with the current share price, which is understandable. I'm hoping that they might have a change in heart if Bo's ever able to move the price up.

I asked Bo about it and he denied it. I didn't mention my communication with him before this because I understand that Bo lacks credibility here, and I had no evidence beyond his words... But here's the message that I got:

CaliPharms has a valid contract with Country Junction Farms for 51% ownership paid for with Preferred Stock. CaliPharms has upheld its end of the agreement. Calipharms will investigate the post and resolve any issues immediately.
