Who is "they" Are we creating some magical Imaginary group who determines the price of AEPP?

Is someone manipulating the Stock price? because again that's an assumption that is not legal?

Id like to know more about who "they" are that are manipulating shares of AEPP

AEPP is a pump and dump scam and no matter how many fake entities that someone can throw at it, the only ones getting paid are the company officials themselves
