The multiple discrepancies in the filings by the registrant and the S/O by the CEO/CFO poses problems for iTalk.

They evidently lied to the public to induce the purchase and sale of securities.

I will be in DC again in July, I have other matters, but this one, I will toss to the Office of the Whistleblower of the SEC.

Let them figure this out.
