Federal Law is the Hang up as of now I feel. Banks don't want to hold Marijuana companies money because they are federally insured. Marijuana is still federally illegal. The Prohibition Act of 2017 is currently under review though by congress and more than likely going to get revised. The government will cut themselves out of a lot of mopey if they don't revise the Marijuana Laws. My somewhat educated opinion on the matter. Obviously I feel there are more plays in movement. Anybody else have a opinion?
