There was also the Bit Coin initiative and the 506 share purchase along with a second (possibly third) iteration of the founder's purchase. Now, even if you were a previous founder (I had purchased 5 full units @ $5,000), you lose your founder position spot for commissions if you do not agree to paying a regular $45 monthly fee. The original plan was that if you made at least 5 full unit purchases (this may be 2 full unit purchases I am not sure), then you would not have to pay extra to receive commissions for two years after launch.

They never officially launched so the commissions should still stand. With the $45/mo. entry fee for commissions even if you were a previously paid founder, I guess not.
