Apple is apparently dazed and confused. Why in the world would they file two more IPR Petitions? Huh? They know they're losing and they're just stalling. You wait and see how the stock responses if VPLM wins.

Now, AT&T may put a damper on things, with their three IPR's but, who knows. Getting an institution isn't difficult.

Are there risks, sure but after what they've accomplished over the last few years, I'll take the risk. The risk reward is tremendous.
