Stock manipulation of SP by outside forces (same organized crime figures) is not a "management style" or competency issue for management.

End result of what you imply...

1. "better" street (subjective) management (but science dumb/insensitve),
2. raise $200M in debt or equity (more dilution or perilous debt cut SH % by 2/3?)
3. no guarantee "street" management would properly prioritize and develop science current management has done. Chance of mediocre development of Science by "better management"?

Fact...without current management...never would have assembled together 3 potential block-buster pharmaceuticals to be tested...and for you to bitch about!
