I just put a buy order in at the ask on that ticker and they accepted it. From what I hear Etrade is probably your best bet if you are trading penny stocks. I once used a broker that allowed me to purchase certain penny stocks at a decent commission (cheaper at the time than Etrade) but when I went to sell them they didn't allow it. So I got stuck with a bunch of worthless stocks since no other broker would take them on a transfer if they weren't purchased from them. That was a few years back. I've been trading online a long time and tried a bunch of different brokers. I am now exclusively with Etrade.
