This company has had years to prove itself. Instead it has behaved like a total scam. None of it's PRS have ever born any of the fruit they promised. They talk about water shortages and distributorship agreements and in the end, few, if any revenues show up on the financial statements. In the meantime, you find that during the baseless hype, they were issuing deeply discounted stock to cover note conversions.

Everyone gets left holding a bag of crap.

Now that is just the hard plain truth.
