It's early summer. People are on vacation. A lot of stocks are just drifting between their trading ranges. This is a tricky time since the last financials for both companies only covered the period up thru 1/31/17 and the next report isn't due until 7/31/17. Some people are probably waiting for confirmation on their numbers. There are several new initiatives that have just been started for both mCig and OMHE but it will be several months before we see hard revenue numbers.

I'm not worried about either company. They're both undervalued at the moment so it's a good time to pick up some bargains. They'll be moving up soon enough.
