Irish, something never felt right about Syncora. Tomorrow's conference call will reinforce my gut feeling that Syncora is an elaborate sham. All the board really wants is to keep the gravy train rolling. The NYDFS gives a wink, wink to Esposito and the board. I doubt if the original MTA will ever be made public. Lawyers make corruption legal in the good ole USA. IMO.
