As for the BNP being the reason for Mr. Barnhizer having "sought" the CEO position, it was more related to the bioreactor potential and a desire to rescue the company from prior management and make it functional as a real corporation.

The "reason" is easily ascertained online through PR releases. I was around at that time. I don't believe you were.
