Its the SEC's Department of Corporate Finance that approves the registration statements filed with the SEC, NOT the Department of Enforcement, which is the one that suspends and charges scam companies and its officers with FRAUD.

The DOJ doesn't announce when it has opened investigations on scam companies like CETX



SEC just approved Cemtrex's registration statement in a week and hence has no intention of suspending the Company. DOJ has nothing to do with it.Please provide some basis or proof of your statements before spreading false information
