Well I guess it's a good thing Katzaroff was only brought in as a board member and not CEO. I can only speculate as to why, but you know what they say, birds of same feather flock together. I'd ask any one here to venture over to his old company ADMD, and pretty sure any hub poster there would give same opinion. He talked a great game but was all fluff and lies. Used ADMD as his own personal atm machine. Thankfully he was booted out as CEO. New CEO trying to repair the extensive damage for past several months. I doubt Katzaroff has changed his ways. He needs another meal ticket. His role is likely to bring in toxic financing connections, max out the AS with issued preferred shares, let insiders sell on fluff news, then let them dilute like crazy.
