Yes I know it's hard to be patient. Remember the insiders at PULM hold a big piece of the float and this last guy they hired is a marketing guru who already exercised his option to buy not sell the stock incentives that came with his compensation package. I also noticed one or actually I think two of his past employer's were bought out by Johnson & Johnson hmmm.
I used to work for a large Food Service Company where I had some involvement with the acquisition of over two dozen small to mid-sized competitors or food manufacturing businesses over the years and usually it took 2-6 months after our first meeting for these to become done deals and we always purchased with cash as my employer liked having little to zero debt, on the bigger deals we even had an executive with a financial background get hired and placed on the board of director's by the company we were purchasing for 3-6 months before closing the deal, sounds kind of familiar to me.
Hang in there coffee I think we are in the top of the 9th inning IMHO.
