Everyone needs to take a step back and not overreact at this point. By trying to contact SIPC for answers on why the stock is not moving higher is not the way to deal with it. SIPC has to be careful in not violating any insider trading rules by revealing information that can possibly have them on the SEC radar. I am optimistic that news will come which will clear the air on their future plans.
If you are still not at ease then look back at the news that the company has already released. All of the establishments that are selling MHBA which equals sells and revenues for the company in the future. That alone should make shareholders excited.
