What "devious" remark? The only devious remarks are Jorge's. JRL has lost EVERY court case he's initiated since "partnering" up with BJ. Why would he even be in court at all if he owns Mina Pascua as he's always asserted? It's because he doesn't own Mina Pascua.

So now he's convinced the court to issue international requests for the depositions of 2 BCSC staff. For a libel suit... not a question of Pascua ownership. And that's all... there's been NO court case.. NO judgement... and certainly NO victory. Here's what your hero said:

MSX will cash in its losses, as I am the victor in LIBEL CHARGES in Chile v. ABX. That is FINAL no way out for BCSC, TSX, Barrick or politicians

So I ask you majestico, to provide the evidence that backs up what your hero said about being "the victor in LIBEL CHARGES". If anything, the libel charges that stuck... were the ones laid against him in Canada.
