Likely negotiated, discounted dumps, Marc can do that now, finally current, dollar wise, negligible, debt holders will take what they can get...tons of grossly delinquent convertibles, convert at a minimum 50% discount, 46,368,000 needed to satisfy as of 3/31/17 according to the Q, as the price drops, the share count increases...
