This is a low float stock with 200 million shares available.. patient traders want aa many shares as possible before any news comes out so in order to do that they are going to have to buy shares on the ask which is going to make the pps rise. It's speculation, but what are you going to think in a couple months if strong MJ news comes out? Obviously you're going to say damn I should've loaded a lot more shares LOL
