Of course GE can have it's own IP...who said they couldn't?

I simply said any technology from the jtda would be property of both sigma and GE. As any profits from said technology would.

Sigma has their own IP too.

So I really don't know what your point is besides stating obvious facts that GE can make their own software. No duh.

But we have a JTDA in effect with them, as well as an America makes program.

That's what this was all about remember?

I simply stated all this doubting GE will ever use our software and presented the possibility of the other side. Which is fair if you can sit here and say GE will never use our tech.

Perhaps they have been working on this jtda to develop a product with sigma.

Perhaps they plan to sell it with the two printer OEMs they bought.

Perhaps their cooperation in the America Makes program was to validate ipqa so it is verifiable to use in their printers.

Just saying...both sides are possible.

Why would you be any more right than I?
