I'm not too sure if technical analysis works for penny stocks. If John released an update right now in regards to any sells or projects they are working on now then this stock moves above a penny and that gap will never be filled. I'm a little surprised John did not follow up the 8K with an update on potential projects, or where we stand with government contracts again.
