I've posted much info on this already if you want to look at my posts but the short version is:

Option 1)
Reinvest in Liscouski & Turmelle to go find a new business and build it to success (whihc btw they have a clause that it is ok if they never find a viable business to invest in)..this is the company's recommendation

or
Option 2)
Vote to have the assets liquidated and distributed to shareholders. Liquidation performed by an independent and unbiased and honest 3rd party fiduciary (that's the Equity Committees recommendation and what this Long term shareholder will be voting for)
