Powderbum has gone quiet as these legal issues keep cropping up. I suspect it is hard to keep shilling or pumping on behalf of a company and a CEO who probably show no loyalty and have or will leave him hanging out to dry or at the end of a limb they are sawing off.

I suspect he and those using the device may be left with the option of trying to buy up inventory, if only for spare parts, or finding a venture capitalist who will believe in Calmare and take the company private and/or give Brennan and others (forget the shareholders) enough to cover their losses and sign over the rights.

The only problem may be the Koreans and others who may claim the rights as will the long-lost Italian tech-prof-inventor-whatever who has gone silent for several years. All of these parties along with shareholders will be standing in line outside the courtrooms.
