OIL still bearish
even 2.5 million draw down did not impress market
the take was it should have been more for this time of year.

EIA nbrs better then API nbrs.

Do not get faked out be patient.

The XLE WTIC ERX and top stocks (xom etc.) should all rally together.

The hurricane is the wildcard.
