If you followed the history of the Kipping case you may understand fully why the SEC is investigating. Kipping is the key and 'not' the current board. Your concen on selling debt conversion is not lost on me, its just not as big a concern for a long term investor. This is the reality we must face until licensing is enforced via a court ruling. Until then...patience is my friend.
