THESURF2014: GREAT FIND!!! With the A/S chg can you or someone else on the Board clarify the impact on SPCL A/S & O/S when it was just the PixelMag merger vs now addition of the MIGME merger?
Also what is the impact on the 1 to 10 reverse split and then the 1 for 100 reverse split on the original merger of Pixel described in the 12-08-2016 capitalization documents.
Also, if possible give your estimate of the PPS after all this is done???
I realize this might not be easy and will take some time, but I just can not get it clear in my mind what the estimated end result might be in terms of PPS under the new mergers.
