Yes, Gers should get something from the Mediation, but what have the I-Co's have to lose beyond what is truly afforded to Gers already? It is only Gers who will have to sacrifice something, not the Infringers? If as deliberately faulty as suggested by a few posters, then the I-Co's should pay-out to the full extent! By Mediating, Gers is suggesting not all is on solid ground, IMO!
