On May 31, 2017, the Securities and Exchange Commission issued an
order instituting proceedings (OIP) against Respondents pursuant to Section
12( j) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, alleging that Respondents have
securities registered with the Commission and are delinquent in their
periodic filings.
Respondents were served with the OIP by June 5, 2017, and their
answers were due by June 19, 2017. Cardinal Res., Inc., Admin. Proc.
Rulings Release No. 4857, 2017 SEC LEXIS 1673 (ALJ June 8, 2017). To
date, no Respondent has filed an answer.
I ORDER Respondents to SHOW CAUSE by June 30, 2017, why the
registrations of their securities should not be revoked by default due to their
failures to file answers or otherwise defend the proceeding. OIP at 3, 17
C.F.R. §§ 201.155(a), .220(f ).
