Yes, but there always is a risk that the dilution brings the SP down, the settlement negotiations are cancelled and appeal drags on so long that another RS is needed, slimming your position down with 1/100.
Or a bit less worst, the O/S is so large the award per share is way lower then it would be now.
I know you'll be probably selling on the run up. Me too, but it might help a lot when the amount of available shares are as little as they are now, with you holding as much as you do now. You would not need to invest extra money to keep your position at this level, and the 'award' would be way larger.
KK wouldn't care I guess, because his part can not be diluted.
