In the past , this was when it got sticky for NEAH. They get the letter requiring additional information and don't respond.
Nothing special happening, this is just the ongoing process with the NEAH wonders, messing it up in between, making it take longer.
I guess we could take heart in the fact that they are not totally giving up , so they may not be planning to shut down...but then they weren't planning to shut down all these other years they failed, were they ?
