Even with 22.5 B current share price 0001 is cheap, it is just 2.25 Million market cap. Even with large A/S it can move with right kind of NEWS and Revenue streams. . With current A/S also HCTI can run into multiple cents like several other OTC stocks did before. There are several OTC stocks ran UP crazy with high A/S.. Few of them are below DEWM 4.5B 0.0001 to 0.0330. FROZ 20B 0.0001 to 0.0300 HNSS 30B 0.0001 to 0.0042. CWIR 5B 0.0001 to 0.0081. Hope company BUYBACK billions of shares and retire them once they see good revenue.
