5 Billion or $500,000.00 wouldn't that be .0001. Could also be structured as a share buyback....surely price will fluctuate above .0001 from time to time...5 Billion SS full can't really short...unless you want to talk abuse...Minority CEO ?

Seems to me there will be about 1.7 Billion shares for 3.299 Billion- 365 million restricted = 2.934 Billion shorts...then things rotate until you are at zero.

Next project...unless more shorts rotate in as acquisitions take place...

1.7 Billion + 365 Million 2.035 Billion about where the SREH OS was.

I suppose if you pay your short bill your shares could become Restricted Control shares. Same as a Buyback Float reduction...

When the shelf is empty you do a R/S maybe issue some project divvy's
