I'm not sure that is why. I've been looking at the trades, and it's been trending down for some time as the company has been "radio silence" and fresh buyers have been drying up. The market cap is ridiculously low and I can't see this thing going further down from here (or certainly any good reason for it to decrease further). I'm thinking some news is imminent. Otherwise, why authorize that many shares? It is either an acquisition or capital event. Either one would be good.
