I'd guess 90%...
Some CEOs are just dumb and are corrupted by the toxic lenders offering easy money!
Some are actually just people with dreams that take the easy cash figuring their great ideas and cash will undoubtedly make it... of course they are immediately in over their heads! And the risk is not theirs personally!
