Well DD that has been posted here multiple times in the past as part of the new DD when it was announced he was the new CEO of FSNR.

You can Google Mike McGhan name, and the companies he was CEO of will come up. Vallerous and formally Hanover Compressor were the two largest that he was the successful CEO during his reign.

As far as Clayton Carter is concerned, he is a bright young man that I'm very sure will do well in his future positions in the business world. He learned a lot and sometimes the hard way as the young CEO at Freestone, and did a very nice job wrapping up his time with Freestone during the multiple milestones achieved during his last year here. I'm not worried about Clayton's future, he will do just fine.
