I will make this easier to understand, not everyone pays $6.95. Some pay by the number of shares. Some of those trades may be for 2s, and the broker isn't double charging them when a small number go at 1.

If anyone wants to make sure the stock closes at $.0002, then just hit the ask at 3:59. Talk of manipulation is nonsense.
