Hi SD, I have been real busy. Been playing the 60 min chart Bollinger band to Bollinger band. To busy to even watch any trading.

Right now GLD Daily MACD has crossed down and is pushing the into the bottom Bollinger band. It likes to push the bands for about 5 days.

GDXJ daily MACD is trying to cross down, it could tomorrow so I'm off the 60 mi chart until that resolves.

Get better the markets will always be here. The next trade setup is always coming.
