tcm7 - thanks for your thoughts. So if I read correctly you are currently thinking reinvest and hope Bob will actually close a deal with VIVOBioTech?

I mean this sincerely, how do you see Bob closing a deal? (reminder: The last one he announced --Zapata --- is now suing him personally and should keep him pretty tied up for the next while)

You do realize Bob is no innocent character in this (I know Bill seems to have gotten away scott free but that remains to be seen) whole ordeal and let's be clear...Bob didn't decide to stay and be our savior...he was not needed at L-3 so collecting $25K a month from us to do nothing is a sweet gig (especially as it's about 30K more a year than Bill made in salary and Bob only has to "manage" 2 employees and from what I can see pass along some other companies marketing literature!)

I completely agree with so much of what you wrote though.Here are some big callouts:
- should have split when Glenn did!
- own the risk of investing in the OTC stock

lastly...I'm still saying I need an independent accounting source to kick open the IMSCQ books and tell us what's what. Furthermore I would hold off on passing judgement until we get a public view of what the EC has had to bear witness and endure over the months
