My guess is that, yes, Apple does not expect to win the IPR, and simply stalled filing their other IPRs till the last minute simply to draw this out, hoping to bleed VP dry. (The other companies are joining the game as well). At some point they will see the futility in this and finally sit down to settle (I pray). Otherwise, they will continue to stall by way of a long drawn out litigation, again, hoping that our little company will not stand the test of time. But we will, I believe, be resilient, and stand firm against those who feel they can bully their way through life. We WILL slay the giant... and when we do, there will be no mercy :P $200 Billion here we come!!
