The reason why is that alot of us who have been holding since 2014 or before never left, and the average price back then that we bought it at is probably 0.15 or maybe higher, so you know those shares are locked. Then we have the new buyers at these prices so they most likely won't sell at prices below 0.25. With such a small float and most of it locked up it will take some paying for people to get in once updates start flowing. Small float, no debt and shareholders holding tight makes and interesting prospect for when material updates start coming IMO. Better if RM occurs with an established company with revenues.
