and if you read the quote DIRECTLY from the court filing, you will see that the case was dismissed with prejudice by the court/judge- CETX can never ever again sue the SA person for the same cause

Wrong on the $170 million lawsuit..If you read Cemtrex legal filing, it clearly says that the Company reserves the right to sue Pearson when he resurfaces from hiding.
