Are you trying to say the mining permit is what is holding them back? I disagree 100% with that. First off the have been trying to find a substance that is in high enough demand to get operational financing. First it was uranium many years ago. Then it went to Vanadium. Now they are on Graphite and this seems to be the trendy product thanks to Graphene and modern uses to be able to move forward. The company at one point also owned some Gold properties. But this is a long term investment and a good one in my opinion but it is a waiting game.
