Are both of the lawsuits identified in recent posts legit. There appear to be two of them, each filed on a different day, but covering the same basic ground. One of them seems to allege money was used for personal and improper use and the other seems to allege fraud or deception, mostly in the matter of the infamous !5 million GSA contract.

In the case of the government contract, I recall that Mir kept back-tracking from using the term contract to having it read as a grant, but even then the money never seems to have arrived. He also implied as his nose grew longer that it simply authorized purchases and was not a purchase order along with every other variation on this deal that he could create.

At some point the chickens do come home to roost and, Conix, while you see this as a chance for the Board to dump Mir, they are hoping that the BoD insurance policy will cover their lack of oversight and keep them from paying the shareholders out of their pockets.

I am not certain most insurance companies would not argue that the Board failed to exercise proper due diligence and oversight throughout Mir's tenure and that they share, if not, own the responsibility for what has occurred.

Aside from CTTC not having money for lawyers, there is the question as to how many lawyers will be crammed into the courtroom on these and all other cases associated with CTTC and Mir.
