In looking at Cornerstone Growth Advisors and what they do,
"provides advisory services in key business areas including Strategy, Planning, Operations, Sales, Marketing, Organizational Development, Leadership and Talent Acquisition. We advise global public companies, privately-held organizations, family-owned businesses and private equity corporations."

I fear that rather than him deciding he wants to work with CoolTech as an individual that he may have been hired as part of contract with Cornerstone Growth. If that is the case then he didn't need to see the MG80 demo he would just decide to accept whatever job in promoting a company he was offered.

If so that would make the latest PR very misleading. We won't know until the next filing, but I'm suspicious. If they didn't hire CGA then you have to wonder how he could take work away from CGA because this job sounds exactly like what CGA was created to do.
